RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At NV Dubai, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 3 Days of receiving the order.

After this 24-hour period, we are unable to accept return requests.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• The item must be in the same condition as received
• Proof of delivery date must be provided
• The return request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery

Returns requested after 24 hours will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and supplier protection reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Used items
• Opened products
• Personal care items
• Final sale items
• Customized or made-to-order products

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are issued only if:

• The product arrives damaged
• The wrong item is delivered
• The product is significantly different from its description

Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

6. Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.

8. Delivery Delays

As we work with international fulfillment partners, shipping times may vary. Delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors are not eligible for refunds.
